Brooke Johannesen is an artist living in New York City. She was born in 2003 in New York, New York and is currently pursuing a BFA in Painting at Pratt Institute. In her practice she seems to return to ideas of voyeurism, intrusion, and intimacy. They also depict some of her past experiences, specifically one’s relating to growing up as a young queer girl.
