Tevin Ngunjiri (b. 2002, Kenya) began his career as a charcoal and graphite artist doing commission portraits in early 2023. Since then his practice has evolved drastically using acrylic paint to create vivid illustrations. The human body is his major subject and he conveys his ideas in a figurative approach. He draws his inspiration from cultural standards to conceptualise themes in a playful way that resonates with his audience.
