Growing up on the Caribbean island of Antigua, Freya Platts Costeloe has always felt a deep connection to light and colour within her creative practice. Moving back to England, she studied Fine Art at Bath Spa University and continued to paint from her home in the South West. Her diverse upbringing has meant that she is constantly searching for new experiences and environments to enrich her artistic vision. Often working and travelling abroad, she is perpetually seeking new perspectives and inspiration.
