Shiza, born in Pakistan in 2002, is an interdisciplinary artist with a background in Fine Art (University of Edinburgh, Iceland School of the Arts) and currently pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. Her work explores the intersection of self-exploration and creative practice, drawing from her Eastern roots, Sufi psychology, and yoga teaching. Through meditative installations, performances, and embroidered fabrics, she creates spaces that foster contemplation and a deeper connection with the self.
