Luisa M. Florez Herran, known artistically as Luma, is a Colombian artist based in New York City. With a background in industrial design and a Master of Arts in Jewelry from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), she brings a refined and thoughtful approach to every stage of the creative process, from concept to final piece. Her recent work moves beyond aesthetics to explore themes of mental health, drawing deeply from her personal experiences with anxiety and bipolar disorder.
