Marina Mattei is an Italian-Venezuelan Fine Arts and Art History student at The American University of Rome (AUR), whose artistic practice spans painting, drawing, curation, installation, and conservation. Born in Caracas in 2004, Marina’s vibrant Latin-American identity plays a central role in her creative and academic journey, inspiring her to co-found AUR’s Culture Club to celebrate multiculturalism and artistic expression. Her education in art-gallery management, museum studies, and business has sparked a strong interest in the curatorial and administrative aspects of art, particularly in exhibition design and art dealing. Marina is committed to further exploring the intersections of creativity, cultural dialogue, and arts management through hands-on experience and future postgraduate studies.
