Bhargavkumar Prakash Kulkarni

Bhargavkumar Prakash Kulkarni is a Bhopal-based Indian artist originally trained in Drawing and Painting at Kalavishwa Mahavidyalaya, Sangli, Maharashtra, where he earned his G.D. Art and Diploma in Art Education in 2008–09. Working as a freelance artist since then, and based in Pune since 2012, he has exhibited in group shows across India and gained recognition with over 30 awards at state and national levels, including honors from prestigious institutions like The Bombay Art Society, Art Society of India, and Camlin Art Foundation. His watercolor paintings—his preferred medium—are inspired by nature and the life around water, capturing its varied moods with subtlety and depth. He has also been invited to conduct painting workshops and demonstrations at notable venues such as Nehru Centre, South Central Zone, The Art Society of India, and art colleges across Maharashtra and Karnataka. In recent years, he has worked extensively as a children’s book illustrator, continuing to explore narrative through vibrant visual storytelling.
