Noushin Delfani is an Iranian visual artist whose practice spans painting, graphic textile design, and sculpture. She earned her B.A. in Graphic Design from Art University in 2007 and her M.F.A. in 2016. Since 2010, painting has been central to her daily life and creative journey, serving as a tool for reflection and self-understanding. Her work draws from personal experiences as a Middle Eastern woman, exploring identity, memory, and cultural complexity through a dialogue between figuration and abstraction. Self-portraiture often becomes a space for processing difficult emotions, with some works left unfinished — each holding its own meaning. Delfani’s art embodies both personal vulnerability and critical engagement, inviting viewers to encounter the body as a site of transformation and lived experience.
