Louisa Seidl is a Linz-based artist studying at the University of Art and Design Linz, where she focuses on painting while also exploring textiles, sound, and text-based media. Her current work examines habits and routines, inspired by her residency in Marthashofen and its structured social environments. Alongside her studies at the GestaltungsfOS in Rosenheim, Seidl is developing a practice that seeks to unite painting and music into a single expressive form. Fascinated by human individuality, she creates portraits that highlight the uniqueness of each subject while also experimenting with abstraction through the interplay of shapes and form.
