Maab Tajuldeen
Self-taught Sudanese artist
Maab Tajuldeen (b. 1996) is a self-taught Sudanese artist and architecture graduate whose practice explores women’s rights, marginalized communities, and minority issues. Since beginning painting in 2015, she has used a variety of mediums to express her identity, hopes, fears, and dreams. Alongside her work as an art educator and designer, Maab has participated in numerous exhibitions in Sudan and internationally, creating socially engaged art that reflects both personal and collective experiences.
