Babirye Erina Fridah (b. 1998) is a mixed-media artist and printmaker whose practice explores the intersections between the female body and nature, using this dialogue to reflect on femininity, vulnerability, and strength within organic systems. Drawing inspiration from natural landscapes and bodily forms, she creates layered works that juxtapose texture, colour, and contour to evoke harmony and interdependence between human and non-human worlds. Her process combines traditional painting with printmaking, collage, and recycled materials, extending into experiments with installation and moving image.
