Artist Profile

Ukemeobong Isidore Umoh is a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist working across drawing and mixed media. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Industrial Arts from the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. Her practice combines sustainability, storytelling, and texture, transforming discarded fabric scraps into handcrafted artworks that explore culture, identity, and social themes. Through the creative reuse of textiles, Umoh draws attention to environmental responsibility while demonstrating how overlooked materials can be given new meaning and visual life.
