MORSO
Japanese visual artist
Yuria Mizuta [MORSO] is a Japanese visual artist born in Yokohama and raised in an artistic family. Trained by her mother, a silkscreen master who collaborated with Andy Warhol, she has developed an international practice spanning Japan, Italy, Paris, and California. Combining her background in art history and curatorial work with research in therapeutic arts, Mizuta explores the Japanese concept of MA (間)—the meaningful space connecting moments, memory, and existence. Through vibrant acrylics and textured mixed media, her abstract compositions reflect on resilience, regeneration, and humanity’s relationship with nature, inviting viewers into a contemplative space of inner reflection.
