Jacob Lopes, known as Aka Jkob, is an Angolan multidisciplinary artist and designer whose work spans graffiti, graphic design, digital art, and interior architecture. A graduate in Architecture from Lusíada University and Interior Design from the European Institute of Design in Milan, he merges technical skill with experimental creativity. As a founding member of Angola’s pioneering graffiti collective Baw Crew, Jkob has developed a visual language inspired by space, the ocean, the human form, and alternate realities. Based in Angola, he continues to explore identity, speculative worlds, and the unseen connections between living beings through the intersection of form, narrative, and digital media.
