Anita Turadzhanova (b. 1994) is an Uzbek artist living in St. Petersburg. She grew up and made her first steps as an artist in Uzbekistan, and then traveled over 2500 miles to Russia in to finish her education. This had a huge influence on her life significantly broadening her mindset. Anita's art combines strict rules of Russian academism and bright motives of Uzbek culture. Having diverse background, she gets inspiration from her childhood memories and life events.
