Bassam Nafadi is an Egyptian visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans drawing, sculpture, and installation. A graduate with honors from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Luxor University (2019), his work examines the complex relationships between individuals and the socio-political realities that shape their lives. Addressing themes of control, exploitation, and the influence of fundamental human needs such as hunger and fear, Nafadi creates works that provoke reflection rather than offer answers. Through layered visual strategies and varied techniques, he invites audiences to reconsider prevailing social values and the forces that govern human behavior. His work has been exhibited both locally and internationally.
