Charlotte Edey is an artist & illustrator working across print, tapestry, textile and embroidery. Myth, mysticism and femininity inform her exploration of the intersections of identity and the spiritual. Punctuated with symbolism, unseen worlds illuminate the blurred distinctions between the internal landscape of the self and the universal. Following her Foundation year at Chelsea School of Art in 2011, her work has been exhibited at Flowers Gallery, TJ Boulting & The Arnolfini alongside galleries across the USA, Russia and Europe. Her work has been featured in Creative Review, Vanity Fair, It’s Nice That, Elle, Dazed, AnOther Magazine & more.
