Dan Ionesii is a Romania-based artist whose drawing practice explores the emergence of structure through accumulation, repetition, and transformation. Working primarily with mixed media on recycled paper, he develops intricate compositions in which lines, fragments, and marks gradually organize into complex visual systems that balance spontaneity with control. Positioned between figuration and abstraction, his works evoke bodies, networks, and organic forms that remain deliberately unstable, inviting viewers to consider how order is continually formed, disrupted, and reconfigured.
