Diana Reyes is a New York–based visual artist born in Colombia, where she began her artistic training at a young age before continuing her studies in the United States. Blending formal education with a strong self-directed practice, she has developed a distinctive visual language shaped by experimentation and personal experience. Working primarily in oil, acrylic, and charcoal on canvas, Reyes creates expressive abstract compositions in which color plays a central, emotive role. Each piece reflects her imagination and invites viewers to move beyond realism into immersive, introspective spaces. Her work was exhibited at the Lynn Museum & Arts Center in Boston in 2025, where it remained on view for approximately four months.
