Diana Švaikovskaja
Young Lithuanian mixed-media illustrator
Diana Švaikovskaja is a young Lithuanian mixed-media illustrator whose practice explores emotions, personal experience, love, and the ways we understand ourselves and one another. Working with collage, cyanotype, traditional graphic techniques, ink, acrylic, spray paint, and experimental processes, she transforms intangible feelings into layered visual narratives. Her first solo exhibition, MYL TAVE KAIP? (“How Do I Love You?”), explores love as a complex and ever-changing experience, embracing tenderness, longing, closeness, anger, care, and contradiction. Through fragmented imagery, textures, and intuitive experimentation, Švaikovskaja creates intimate visual worlds in which personal memories become shared emotional experiences, inviting viewers to recognize something of their own feelings within the work.
