Fernando Lucano, natural of Luanda, born on the 15th of April 1989, started painting still in his adolescence phase while attending high school, having worked at the UNAP Workshop (União Nacional dos Artistas Plásticos), where he was an assistant of Nelo Teixeira and Lino Damião, some time later he started working at the Platform E-Studio Luanda as an assistant of António Ole, Nelo Teixeira and Francisco Vidal, currently attending the course of Plastic Arts at the Instituto Superior de Artes.
