Frédéric Kuku was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, in 1994. Born to a painter father, younger brother of a painter, he began drawing in his father's studio. In 2009, Frederic joined the prestigious Institute of Fine Arts of Kinshasa which he graduated in 2012, with a diploma in Painting. In that same year he joined a group of artists called “BOKUTANI the united artists”. Three years later in 2015, he obtained a diploma in interior architecture from the Academy of Fine Arts. Over the years, Frédéric has participated in several group exhibitions as well as participated in numerous workshops in Kinshasa.
