Born in Mexico, Laura Elidedt is a curator of the Bioart specialization. She holds a Master’s degree Art&Science and in Molecular biology. She explores posthuman speculation, the deep matter from the molecular level, and the philosophical questions of being together. As an artist, Laura explores the impact of technology on culture and identity. Combining scientific processes with storytelling, and emotional expressions, her work explores themes of the subconscious, empathy, environment, posthumanism and decolonial thought, exploring ourselves in the current techno-world.
