Artist Profile

Loïs Cordelia is a Scotland-based visual artist, community artist, and live speed painter whose practice is grounded in sustainability and creative transformation. Working with upcycled canvases, books, maps, and found objects, she creates layered mixed-media works that combine existing imagery with expressive figurative interventions. Her art explores themes of memory, mortality, time, and the environment through unexpected visual juxtapositions. Alongside her studio practice, Cordelia creates live public artworks and shares her creative process online. Since 2016, sales of her live artworks have raised more than £200,000 for charitable causes.
