Maira Imangaziyeva was born into a large Soviet family in 1982 in the city of Aktau, in western Kazakhstan. Since childhood, she really loved to paint but never considered a career of an artist. She did not have time to go to an art school, for she had to take care of her large family and younger sisters. 30 years later in February 2023, she went to an art store and bought professional art paints, brushes and just started painting.
