Nada Hafez is an Egypt-based visual artist working primarily in fine arts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the American University in Cairo and completed a semester at Parsons School of Design Paris, focusing on painting and drawing. After six years working in the IT industry, Nada recently shifted to practicing art full time while raising her two children. Her work centers on the human figure, drawing inspiration from everyday life on Egyptian streets as well as the dynamics, tones, and subtle nuances of the human body. She was mentored by the late renowned Egyptian artists Magd El Segeny and Hassan Soliman. Beyond her own practice, Nada is an avid collector of both Egyptian and international art.
