Natalya Chepulskaya was born in 1983, Chirchik city, Uzbekistan. She is a member of the Artists Union of Uzbekistan. She graduated from the Republican College of Arts and National Institute of Art and Design and studied traditional hand-drawn animation at Sakhaltuev Production. Natalya worked as a theater artist and a set-designer at movie production. Her preferred technique is oil painting.
