Born in Comayagüela, Honduras, Nora Buchanan graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in 2000. Her works show the constant experimentation of forms, starting from spontaneity, combining the use of materials of a natural and pictorial nature, going from the poetic to the intimate, without a focused definition. Creator of the first mobile art gallery in Honduras, Galería Ambulante in order to develop artistic processes based on observation, interpretation and application within the multiple artistic disciplines, all so that children conceive art as the maximum expression of feeling.
