Artist Profile

Olivia Mary Nantongo (b. 1994) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, photography, mixed media, poetry, and performance. Through an experimental and cross-disciplinary approach, she explores personal and collective narratives, drawing on the expressive possibilities of diverse media to create work that is both intimate and socially engaged. Nantongo’s practice is characterised by a willingness to move between visual and performative forms, allowing her to investigate themes of identity, memory, belonging, and human experience from multiple perspectives.
