Pia Chavarria (b. 1995 in Alajuela, Costa Rica) is a Costarican visual artist currently based and actively producing in Brussels. She graduated with an MFA in pictorial design from the School of Fine Arts from University of Costa Rica. Her work surrounds the constant representation of bodies from the point of view of the unknown, the sensible and the performative act of painting.
