Born in Panamá and raised between the U.S and the isthmus. Santiago studied at the rigorous Angel Art Academy in Florence, Italy. He works with nano pigments or 'optically variable pigments' on ultra-refractive surfaces usually strictly reserved for anti-counterfeiting fiat currencies worldwide. Santiago has exhibited and lived in Delhi, India; Dubai, U.A.E; Bangkok, Thailand; Berlin, Germany; Panama City, Panama and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
