Sara, born in Accra, Ghana, is a multifaceted artist who combines a diverse range of influences and mediums in her work. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, before moving to Karlsruhe in 2022 to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Fine Arts at the State Academy of Fine Arts. Currently based in Karlsruhe, she balances her art practice with a career as a freelance English teacher. Sara’s artistic exploration spans two distinct approaches: one focuses on conceptual works that blend painting, drawing, image transfer, and photography, pushing the boundaries of traditional mediums; the other delves into surreal figurative art, deeply rooted in her emotional connections with people and life experiences.
