Hailing from Kokand, Sardor now lives in Tashkent. He says that his Motherland and the national culture of Uzbekistan are sources of inspiration – oriental patterns, Persian miniatures, and photographs of mass culture. Following the artist’s path was not easy for Sardor, but he says it was worthwhile.
