Thierry Tomety (b. 1993; of Togolese and Beninese parents) graduated from the African Institute of Computer Science and began his career as a computer developer. In his spare time, he tries out computer graphics and quickly discovers an attachment for colors. He decided to start painting in June 2017, finally putting his professional training in the background to devote himself to his art. Self-taught, he studies the different techniques of painting on canvas. His introspective work is recognized by the impulsive application of warm colors, the use of symbols such as the spiral and the scale, representing the process of creation, and questioning the meaning of life. His honor is to give free rein to the spectators' imagination without influencing them through his work perception.
