Toheeb Ibrahim (b.1993) received his National Fine and Applied Arts diploma from Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife. Toheeb was born in the state of Ondo. After that, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree in Fine and Applied Arts. Toheeb comes from a family of artists; his brother and sister are also creative professionals. In order to make his works, the figurative and collage artist Toheeb uses Aso Oke and thread, and he also occasionally employs acrylic paint in his process. His skills in textile design enable him to weave his own Aso Oke, which he then incorporates into his collages. Today, Toheeb is most accurately characterized as an artist who works in the style of figurative collage, describing the lives of the elderly and everything else that is around him. His works are colorful and vibrant, and they feature various textures and contrasts. He has taken part in a number of art exhibitions and art auctions in Nigeria.
