Khando Wangmo, a Bhutanese artist, has been named BE OPEN Art’s Regional Artist of the Month for South Asia for February. The award, part of a three-month initiative encompassing Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, celebrates emerging artistic talent from the region.
