BE OPEN Art is pleased to name Mia Delorés as the Artist of the Month for October 2025, selected through a public vote from a shortlist of exceptional emerging artists featured on our online gallery.
Mia Delorés is a contemporary visual artist whose practice bridges abstract painting and portraiture, exploring themes of self-expression, emotion, and human connection. Working primarily with traditional media, she balances the spontaneity of abstraction with the structure of portraiture, creating deeply expressive works that reflect her intuitive, tactile approach to painting and her ongoing exploration of the human experience.
At the end of the year, one monthly winner will be named Artist of the Year 2025. The selected artist will receive a €1,000 prize and benefit from a dedicated promotional campaign designed to support and amplify their artistic journey.
